We have three main differentiators in our market:  product and kiosk design and manufacture is our core business; we offer bespoke solutions and not 'off the shelf' products; and we have a full engineering capability.

Because the marketplace and application for kiosks especially is very broad, many companies are now entering the market and supplying 'off the shelf' solutions. However, this is often not their core expertise but an added-value service.

Where we are different is that this is not an add-on service for Iqon - this is our total business core. For many years Iqon's MD Andrew Whitaker has been involved in high level projects for national and international companies, so Iqon offers top level expertise.

In terms of kiosks, we can give professional advice on location, functionality, visuals and kiosk design and layout. We use photo-realisation and other graphic techniques reducing design time, prototype development budgets, manufacturing costs, and time to market. We use Pro-Engineer to create solid models of parts, sub assemblies and assemblies. Because of the appeal and cost-effective tasks kiosks can satisfy, Iqon offers a full briefing process and a bespoke design service using the expertise we have gained with international scale clients and projects.

We then convert all designs to a full engineering specification technical drawing ready for manufacturing and we can arrange manufacture for clients, taking responsibility for the entire process of design and supply, making it easier for our clients.
